ZILS began its journey in 1994 as a division of Zee Telefilms Ltd. It transformed into Zee Interactive Learning Systems Ltd in 1999 to create a learning network and deliver education content through multiple delivery platforms. In 2008, ETC Networks Ltd. was merged into ZILS to create a merged entity with interests in Education and Entertainment. Zee Interactive Learning Systems now functions as the operationally independent education division of the merged entity, ETC Networks Ltd. It is a leading player in Core Education and is set to ride on the increasing demand for quality education and development.
