You will have the pleasure of shepherding Kidzee Pre-schools and Kidzee High Schools into the future. You'll lead a team of brilliant academicians, sharp brand managers, canny bean-counters and savvy media executives. You'll drive Business Expansion strategies, Communication Campaigns, Consumer Understanding, External Benchmarking and Input on Product definition and innovation plan. In short, you'll be playing a vital role in leading the Pre-school and School agenda for the group.
You need to be passionate. A tinge of idealism won't hurt. You need to have the flexibility to imagine multiple scenarios yet be decisive to choose one and move. You should be a good coach and a team player. If you've spent time managing leadership brands or product segments, your experience will come handy.

Master's in Human Development with an experience of 10-15 yrs in various capacities in Early Childhood Care & Education domain.

The right candidate must be able to conduct teacher training, overseeing implementation of academics at the Kidzee pre schools and ensuring compliance to norms.
Master's in Human Development or Diploma in ECCE with 1-3 years of experience as a Teacher in a Pre School/ Pre School Teacher training/ Content development. Candidates with lesser experience may apply too.
