Evaluating The Conference
Should you evaluate
the conference itself?
Beginning:
Did
you get everyone there on time and in a positive frame
of mind? Speakers? Delegates? Was everything in place
for them on their arrival? Were proper arrangements
made with suppliers, the venue and at the overnight
accommodation?
Middle:
Were the business and social activities successful?
Was each session approached in the most fitting manner,
in the correct order and was each a suitable length?
End:
Did you send speakers, delegates and partners home as
arranged and in the right mood? Was everything tidied
up properly behind them at the venue and at the overnight
accommodation? If not, what were the reasons for this?
