How About Social Acitivities?

What about partner’s activities while speakers and delegates are occupied during the business programme? Can outsiders bring entertainment, such as carpet bowls or quizzes, into the venue or overnight accommodation? Can they take partners out for the morning, afternoon or day on a sightseeing tour, visit to an art gallery, museum etc?

Outsiders may also manage speakers’, delegates’ and partners’ activities after business hours – a treasure hunt or music and dancing perhaps. Will they provide these at the venue or overnight accommodation? Can they offer outside activities such as ten-pin bowling, pony trekking and steam train rides? (These activities must be optional and suited to everyone’s tastes.)
