Proposal

Proposals are made for letting the other person know about the profile of your company. The profile of the company would enclose what the company is aiming to achieve the plan of action and how and where does the recipient of the proposal fit in. This makes the NGO accountable to that particular person or corporate or organisation.

Proposals are made to:

Seek permission for setting up a NGO

Seeking permission for conducting a programme, like seeking permission to use a municipality school for immunisation purpose.

Seeking fund from an individual, or an organisation or a corporate for an event. Like if the organisation intend taking the children of the orphanage for a picnic, they would need funding for the bus, for the place, for the food etc.

Making a proposal for permission: The similar format could be given to the individual or a corporate, you are requesting for funding of either an individual or an activity of the organisation.

• The name of the organisation;
  
  

• Introduction to the organisation;

• Introduction to the activity;

• The objective of the activity;

• The reason for choosing the said venue, activity, etc;

• Requesting for their permission;

• Ending the letter.
