Management
Now
comes the real task of the wedding co-ordinator. After
weeks of continuous slogging and organising everything
one has to see to it that everything goes on smoothly,
things come on time and nobody has any complaints about
anything on the day of the wedding.
The
best thing you should do on that day is to make a schedule
in advance like the one given below. This table
is the schedule of the day’s events. As each thing gets
over tick mark the row to indicate that particular job
is over.

here is an example of a North Indian wedding schedule
Time
management
You should be very precise in your timings on this day.
A single delay will hamper the whole system. The best

Conveyance
Keep a van/car ready by default. The best thing is to
have about three to four of them. Also arrange for parking
facilities outside the venue. Employ one or two persons
to take care of the parking. This will avoid unnecessary
traffic outside the venue. Talk to the traffic police
if necessary, to ensure the smooth flow of the wedding
procession.
