How
to serve the guests?

Normally
guests arrange their own transport for coming to
the wedding. If they do not have their own transport,
ask your client the following things:

Number
of guests, date of arrival, mode of transport/accommodation
facilities

Talk
to the hotel manager to see the rooms in advance.
Check for the bathrooms, toilets, water and electricity.

Arrange
for transportation. This depends on the number of
guests.

Have
security arrangements. Have a spare lock and key
of the rooms where the guests are staying. Do not
give them to anyone. Always keep important tel.
nos. like fire, ambulance with you. Also tell the
guests to keep their things carefully.
During
the wedding…
- If
it is a la carte type, make the guests sit with their
own families.
- See
to it that they are comfortable when they have their
food.
- You
never know when an emergency might occur. So always
keep a first- aid kit and important telephone numbers
handy. It might help.
