Baraat proceeds down the driveway and arrives at circle; dancing begins

Groom's cousin to give bride's side their turbans

Groom guides horse to the front door of wedding site; sits on horse; at 1:01 Bride's Sister will circle the horse

Groom dismounts horse; welcomed by bride’s mother

Wedding ends; DJ announces that guests should go to mansion for lunch; family members should remain at the mandap

During Ceremony

Bride's Beauty Consultant has packed up all things from bride's room in preparation to move to the Reception Site.

Send a person to gather gifts and basket for Kanya Daan and bring them home

Bride and Groom to get ready at Reception Site – showers are available in locker room; remaining family members may also get ready at Club

Groom's cousin to take Pundit to bus station

Immediate family to arrive at Reception Site for picture session; Bride's sister to get flowers for family members

Cocktail hour

Guests will arrive through front door of Reception Site; they can sign guest book, pickup table assignment, and proceed down right hallway to lower terrace; parents will have receiving line at right-hand side of lower terrace; USHER THEM and check whether the dinner has been ready.

Simultaneously see whether the table has been laid properly.
